Rate Charge Calculation Method

  • 1. Selected Hall Rate Card,
  • 2. Hours booked multiple by the rate, plus
  • 3. Insurance, plus
  • 4. Deposit

Example:

Child’s Party Booked for the Main Hall on a Saturday for 3 hours and no Alcohol will be served.
Private Hire – Main Hall tariff – 3 Hours x £40.00 = £120

Insurance £16.00

Deposit £200.00

Total Payable to hire the hall £336.00,

* Of which £200.00 will be refunded after the hire within 14 days, subject to booking terms and conditions.

Total cost of Hire will be £136.00 once deposit refunded.

Payment Timelines

  • 1. Booking Deposit – 10% of the hire cost is required to confirm your booking within 14 days, please note that If you cancel your booking once payment has been made and before the event this booking deposit is non refundable
  • 2. Balance and Deposit is payable 2 weeks before the hire

Example:

Private Hire – Main Hall tariff – 3 Hours x £40.00 = £120

Insurance £16.00

Deposit £200.00

Total Payable to hire the hall £336.00,

Booking Deposit Required £12.00 within 14 days

Balance of £324.00 due 2 weeks before event

Refund of £200.00 made 14 days after hire subject to booking terms and conditions.

Please note that the setup & and clearing away are to be completed within the hire times, the centre
provides no additional time for this to happen.

The centre requires all hirers to remove rubbish created by the hire at the end of the booking. The centre can dispose of rubbish at a charge of £2.75 per black bag subject to a maximum of 15 black bags per event.
All Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Card Payment.
