Payment Timelines

  • 1. Booking Deposit – £50 Non-Refundable Deposit is required to confirm your booking within 14 days of receiving your booking confirmation, please note that If you cancel your booking once payment has been made or before the event takes place then the booking deposit is non refundable.
  • 2. Balance is payable 14 Days before the hire.

Example:

Private Hire – Main Hall Hire Charge – 3 Hours x £40.00 = £120
Deposit £50.00

Total Payable to hire the hall £170.00

Booking Deposit of £50.00 Required within 14 days of receiving your booking confirmation.

Balance of £120.00 due 14 days before event

Please note that the setup & clearing away are to be completed within the hire times, the centre
provides no additional time for this to happen.

The centre requires all hirers to remove waste created by the hire at the end of the booking. The centre can dispose of rubbish at a charge of £2.75 per black bag subject to a maximum of 15 black bags per event.
All Payments can be made by Bank Transfer or Card Payment.
